We collect your personal information to provide you with the most suitable eyecare services and eyewear product.

We may also use your contact details to:

• advise you on your eyecare needs including when you need another eye test
• advise you if we relocate;
• seek your input on your service from OPSM; and
• keep you updated with new eyewear products and services and special promotions and offers.

Our Optometrists, with your consent, may refer you to an eye doctor and forward relevant information to that medical practitioner about your particular condition.
