OPSM offers FREE delivery and returns for all online orders within New Zealand. Delivery is normally 3-4 business days unless otherwise stated in the delivery information under the add to cart button on this page. We deliver between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm. A prepaid returns shipping label and returns form are included with all OPSM online orders. Once you have contacted us, simply fill out the returns form, repack the item(s) in the original packaging, and post. For more information about returns, click here.
