Book An Eye Test

Following the government announcement to move to Level 2 restrictions, we reopened our stores on Thursday the 14th of May. Please note that as we are complying with all government restrictions, our priority remains to do everything we can to keep our team and community safe and we have adopted strict measures in store to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

When booking an appointment, our team will ask this additional pre-screening question in the best interest of your safety and our people. We ask that customers who have recently travelled overseas or had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 2 weeks or are personally experiencing any flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough or breathing difficulty to delay booking an appointment for at least 14 days.

To assist the management of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team may ask you to provide your name and contact details upon entering or prior to leaving our store in the event it is required for contact tracing purposes.

If you have an eyecare need and do not wish to come in at this moment, OPSM has recently launched OPSM Tele-Optometry, an innovative solution that gives people remote access to essential optometry services, no matter where you are.
